Part of me lives in terror of the debt that Iām in. The other part of me is ecstatic about the idea of it hyper-inflating away. The difference is perspective and time horizon.

Being in debt sucks ass. Right there with you. 2 Divorces worth of bad debt. I've been working with Consumer Capital Advocates to pay it down. They're a non-profit company. I pay money into this account every month, and their legal department uses the funds in the account to make settlement agreements on my old debt. They almost always manage to settle for just the debt principal, wiping away all the interest and fees, and they negotiate that the debt holder has to report to the credit agencies that the debt was paid in full.
