Anyone who's ever participated in a "stand up" would intuitively understand these requirements. That being asked for the most basic level of accountability is being greeted with outrage and indignation says everything about the US federal government.

There is a great section in The Sovereign Individual about how organizations/entities behave when they are being operated by and for the benefit of the employees. Couldn’t be more crystallized than this.
Yep. Most are shocked when asked about accountability and actions they are, have and will be taken.
