Slackware was good at the time. But Fedora quickly took over. Then I got into Gentoo.

These days all I want is an out of the box Ubuntu without any changes anywhere.

I can understand that.

As for me I like familiarity so it’s been Slackware for decades now and only testing others in VM’s so i can stay in the loop of what’s happening
