My church lost our insurance coverage because the roof was old. So, I got a new one put on and they wouldn’t renew us.
Of course. Also try to avoid paying out as much as possible as well.

In Florida it's hard to get home owners insurance we are without now and most likely will stay that way due to reasons 😧
