if you have to much relays, your app will start very slow.
if you use filter.nostr.wine it will broadcast your message to a few other relays.
Found https://nostrclients.webflow.io today.
But only Nostrid worked as a standalone Desktop app for my Windows maschine...
Also - what is a good policy for Relays? Have many, or only a few, or ... ?

ohhh I haven't heared about that one yet. I was looking at the relay server implementations out there and also saw a few multiplexer/proxy kinds. Nice to see there are a few public ones.
Do you happen to know what project they use to run theirs?

I ended up going through their docs and finding it, setting it up and even finding a bug in another Client - Nostrid - in the process!
