Currently the "All follows" list item combines all your plebs and the hashtags that you follow.
This can get messy if you just want to catch up on your plebs.

i also wish there was a "Filtered Global"
What would that do?
it's my dream feature, where you could add custom filters (perhaps by scripting) in order to only see what you want.
for example, i would script a filter to accept only english posts, and remove spam (by means of local AI detection and maybe profilestr score)
