CV NEWS FEED // The Biden administration’s Department of Justice (DOJ) sued Oklahoma on Tuesday over a state law that makes illegal migration a crime.
The DOJ wrote in a press release that it is suing the state “to challenge House Bill 4156 (HB 4156) under the U.S. Constitution’s Supremacy Clause and Foreign Commerce Clause.”
