LGB got co-opted after they won equal rights. Otherwise, there'd be no real reason to continue the movement, yet here we are, watching corporations and states ride the coattails of real social justice to further their own ends.

Hey when we win the privacy and monetary freedom rights we deserve I’m sure as fuck gonna set up a month long party to celebrate and make sure that shit happens every year to remind people what we went through. Corporations will cow tow to us eventually too. That’s how the game works. I’m personally gonna enjoy it with them.
If we win sound money then we have it. It's very existence and mainstream use is a perpetual victory march.
If individuals want to celebrate for a whole month to commemorate that victory, then that's their right. But if that celebration becomes highly corporatized, expands in scope, and demands that everyone participate under penalty of public shaming and worse, then it's crossed the line from celebration to propaganda.
