Question for you technical nostriches smarter than me

Wouldn’t paid pinning services for IPFS relays work like paid relays for Nostr? Instead of uploading to Nostr.build, couldn’t we be creating an IPFS file that could be mirrored multiple places, all for a small fee for a specified amount of time?

Or if not IPFS (I understand @fiatjaf​ is not a fan), then WebTorrent?

I really want this to exist so I can begin uploading my video work in a persistent way to Nostr-only
