There was a notabot thing going around that could help if implemented in public relays. Other things are to only show you your circle of follows to the 3rd degree or something = see posts up to a a certain number of people you follow.

The showing only degrees feature seems dope.

Guessing it's somewhat query expensive on lookups the clients have to do.

Any clients you know that implement it?
