If I may give you another idea... I like making fruit leather by blending the fruit up and pouring on parchment paper. Then when dry cut into strips, roll them up and store in glass jars. You can add ripe bananas to make the fruit slurry a bit thicker if you like. This saves on space too. You get more fruit on each tray
They taste every bit as good as they look too!
