I’m still thinking about #pizzaday 🍕#bitcoin lore. It’s so fascinating. Like how did Papa John’s accept #bitcoin back then? Why can’t I use my #sats now to pay for a two large pizzas?
I have a lot of questions… am I over thinking this? #asknostr

Papa john’s did not accept bitcoin, they had no idea. This was a guy on the bitcointalk forum who asked someone to order pizza to his address, and pay them for it in bitcoin
The guy who wanted pizza posted on a bitcoin forum that he wanted to buy pizza in bitcoin. He was somewhere in usa (I wanna say georgia), some guy saw the post (I wanna say he was from london), called the local papa John's pizza shop and ordered a pizza for the guy and paid for it with his credit card. The original poster then repaid with bitcoin to the guy who actually bought the pizza for him.
Papa John's never did anything with bitcoin
