I know for instance that with Breez the fee is 0,75% with a min amount of 5000 satoshi..

Only because you open channels on breez not sure there is others then the normal on chain fee

when receiving from Binance?

Just go through the motions and see the fee cost before confirming the transaction I haven’t used Binance in a long time not a wallet I currently use
