Which way stacks more sats?

It’s a balancing act, as a Superintendent I’ll be making more per hour, but it’s salary. As Laborer Foreman I make less an hour but when OT comes up I do better than some Super’s.
Increasing your hourly sounds good. But I know you are a workaholic, so maybe you prefer more hours more total pay.
