This extends far past Isreali doctors. I was speaking with a friend (who is a doctor) earlier this week who knows a doctor who had his medical license stripped in the UK because of comments about this ongoing conflict on twitter. The people behind the complaints and actions that led to this suspension were predictably Israeli. He's spent £250k fighting this so far.
They will go to any lengths to maintain control of the narrative.
Goodness! Poor guy. This needs more publicity, and an anonymous fundraiser for him.

It's so unbelievably disgusting. A few weeks ago, one of his other friends - a German doctor - was killed in Palestine in a bombing. I've heard some horrific shit going on there, and the media and all just pretend like nothing is happening.
