I was thinking about commenting on that, but now will just put my thoughts in the web. Which is in this case inadvertently the same.

i think i need fresh air.

Now the question i am asking is, how fresh? I guess fresh enough to clear your head, but not so fresh that you freezing it, meaning your thoughts being more focused around the surrounding instead of mindfulness.

valid point. i think i am freezing it every day already. so i guess it would try to reconnect to that mindfulness.
