Ukraine wants to be free in a way that fits the Western Hegemony so helping them to be free helps the Western Cause. Thus no conflict
But yes I agree that the West could be more aligned but this is due to being powerful enough to have this leeway. But jt won't be like that forever. It's like a currency that should be spent wisely. And currently it's not
Im tryinf to seperate my opinion from news BUT If you actually believe what you're saying its abit naiive. Ukrainians WANT for independence trapped them into losing whatever independence they have ironically. The western powers used the WANT in order to maintain and push hegemony. If you don't believe let's have this talk again when the conscription age is lowered to 18.
So what should Ukraine do in your opinion? Cave in to Russia's demands?
What I want is for the Ukraine and the EU to realize they are being used and killed on behalf of a very small group of people that don't care. Then maybe more rational and peaceful things can happen. Right now the EU says they should take peoples pensions healthcare and well being and build weapons for more innocent stooges to die with.
