Elections only work when marginal voter trust & understand the voting-counting process … People want paper ballots not trusted blockchain.

Completely agree with paper ballots - we need it for PoW. I also liked that they ‘inked’ people’s fingers. Did you watch/listen how the blockchain was used to prove there wasn’t election fraud?
Scaling might not be practical now but don’t underestimate small incremental steps that improve the voting process.
