This latest Trump indictment is a major problem that everyone should be upset about but people aren't looking at it the right way.

The commander in chief is supposed to be the highest authority on classifying and declassifying information.

For them to say that he did not have the authority to unilaterally declassify those documents or that he had to seek some sort of approval, this is literally the unelected deep state asserting their dominance over the office of the President, very publicly in the court.

This is very dangerous.

Did you even read the 48 page indictment? Sounds like you haven’t.

No one in their right mind who is acting in good faith would act that way other than to try and personally profit. It’s insanity.

There are laws regarding the retention, processing, display, discussion and analysis of classified information. The former president appeared to act without any due regard in safeguarding national security.
