Sorry to hear. Back issues are no joke and very frustrating. A lot of times these issues arise from improper functioning hips. In men one side or both there is a lack of internal rotation but 🤷🏻♂️ I helped my back a lot by doing every hip exercises I could find also get your scapula to move properly is important. But ya, back issues suck.

This is mainly why I held out. I have really tight hips and a weird gait because of knee issues from the past. So I keep telling myself it’s a postural issue/hip hinge problem but man this feels like a musket ball wants to push itself through the skin of my back.
