It can bring a dying person back to life! I make a lot of stock. You add any vinegar to it? Drops the pH and can extract more minerals from the bones. A little vinegar goes a long way
We raise out ~30 birds each year just for this. Boil them, shred them, put away the meat, put away the stock. House wouldn’t function without it.
