I just got back to the house from a nice walk. I decided to venture out to my little hideaway spot and do some breath work. It was perfect! The cool weather, the sunshine, and the quiet of the woods. Only the sound of birds, everything else was still. Occasionally one of our bnb guests will find this spot while walking the trails, but not often. I should come out here every day.
