The UK government is pressing ahead on plans for a Digital Pound.

Remember the playbook:

1) Introduce CBDC,

2) Phase out Cash,

3) Implement negative interest rates,

4) Restrict access to those approved,

5) Monitor spending and give allowances / penalties to model behaviour,

6) "Expire" your money / freeze you out if you don't conform.
