
Red meat is the only food on earth humans can eat exclusively for their entire life, and thrive without any outside supplementation.
Plant-based eaters on the other hand, must manage a shelf full of (bio-unavailable) pills if they want to at least get a piece of every essential nutrient, or else watch their health gradually deteriorate throughout their lives.
Maybe we should stop trying to outsmart nature by eating deficient foods and juggling gelatin capsule things...and just eat what we're designed to? 🤔
