if there was a service that connected user's personal at home nostr relays to clearnet using a proxing service, would that be good or totally defeat the purpose of decentralising relays with nip65

user one has wss://hoodingelephant13.outboxr.com tunneling to their umbrel relay

user two has wss://concretizeingtiger61.outboxr.com tunneling to their start9 relay

idk, would outboxr be considered a centralising force?
