Democrats are going to lose Senate seats in West Virginia and Montana. Their Senate majority will be lost with them.

Even if Harris manages to take the WH, she will be able to do very little with it.

Congress will not pass any legislation that she wants to get done.

Any unconstitutional executive actions will be challenged in the Supreme Court and overturned by a 6-3 majority.

This is the best Democrats can hope for. If Harris loses the WH then Republicans will control all three branches of government.
