Tell me about it! I was kidding. Meetings are almost always time-wasters. Most meetings can be a simple email or whatever messaging app the office uses.

Can be effective with an agenda but yeah, I prefer written communication since talking to people for hours drains me.

Same here. Often meetings have filler talks that don't add any value.
