Stopped in September after reading a book “Alcohol Explained” the recommendation for which I actually saw on nostr (think it was nostr:npub1x458tl7h9xcxa66vr4a8pg0h2qz96pnhwnfpcra0le9090uk5t5qw7armt who mentioned it.)
Book is written by a lawyer, not that well written but well argued. He just makes points you know are true, and by the time you’re done, the habit just makes no sense.
Still have a taste of the wine or whatever people are drinking, but not more than half a glass or so.
(Used to drink quite a bit.)
