In case you missed it, supertestnet 'broke' the inscriptions numbering system (different than ordinals numbering system, and has broke once already) by inscribing a 0-value utxo. This caused an off-by-one situation. it was a non-standard transaction so it was submitted to a miner to include in a block. He also released it to anyone else who wants to try it. The inscription said "you will use soma and you will like it" being a reference not to the brave new world drug but a implementation of a spacechain a kind of one way peg-in Bitcoin sidechain.

Ruben is a gigabrain who also invented statechains (implemented in Mercury Wallet, known as a 'digital open dime', a way to hand off private keys to a utxo off-chain), this implementation of spacechains, though has been created by fiatjaf known mostly for inventing Nostr.
