Japanese people are talking with a connection to a relay for Japan.

These relays are difficult to access from outside Japan.

There are many jokebots on the Japanese relays, and most conversations are only possible on the Japanese relays.

Japanese people also talk on timelines. It is like a global chat, not like a forum.

ok but there must be using the protocol different because they should be tagging the replied to note and then that would show as 'not found' if we couldn't get it

as for not getting out from or getting access to in japan this would be trivial given nostr, for example just mirror them on another relay

its not good if japanostr is only using one relay too

global chat? do they have a chat interface? what app are they using?
