All of the elements in our bodies comes from the "star ash" of stars fusing hydrogen and helium into Carbon. Hevier elements comes from senesence and death throes of super-heqvy stars in the final years up to it's Supernova death, where the carbon is fused into oxygen, sodium, phosphorus, potassium and many medium-mass elements all the way up to Silicon and "The Iron Wall".

The heaviest and most scarce elements in our bodies and in nature around us comes from the rarer dead-star collisions of White Dwarves or Neutron stars, which are so energetic and chaotic that they fuse elemental products that are otherwise energetically uneconomical for a living star, but nevertheless often important in living biological systems or human industries, for example Copper, Zink, Silver, Gold, Platinum and even the long-lived radioactive elements like Thorium and Uranium which will power humanity's future.
