I'm essentially the Gen Z equivalent of an iPad kid, I got an iPhone around Middle School, or High School but to be fair I had other electronic devices (with internet access) prior to that.

It has negatively impacted me socially, mentally, physically, emotionally, and I would say a fair portion of my behavioral habits are underdeveloped for someone my age.
