It’s a south eastern tree leaf ground into powder that helps with pain, depression, anxiety etc mood lift, relative of the coffee plant with profound pain killing effects. Lots of beneficial alkaloids. I use it for chronic back pain, it’s a life saver.

I'm in pain everyday all day. It's exhausting
I know the feeling, my back is pretty messed up. Herniated disk, scoliosis, and injuries over the years make or rough. Idk what I’d do without kratom it’s like natures Vicodin plus provides me the motivation I need to get things done and live a semi normal life pain free for the most part. 🙏
