PROGESS REPORT

Day One

- had plenty of water

- ate only steak, butter, and salt for lunch and dinner

- walked for an hour

- took a yoga class

- got a mild headache for a bit, still lingering

- body resetted itself for ketosis

small aside - having keto chow as a supplement will help you in ketosis

thinking maybe after headache subsides you’ll sleep amazingly well!

I sleep great after a day like that.

are you planning on seeing how many days you can go?

i am at this hotel until friday so i am planning to do all of this again everyday til i leave (the yoga is monday nights, so I might find a workout video on YT)
