Auction flywheel improves odds and reward as more folks bid into the party.
During the #BlockParty, if we mine a block, you will get your share of the reward based on hashrate contribution.
The rest of the time, if you just *leave* your solo miner running to our pool and happen to hit a block with your solo miner, you get 1 BTC and then the rest is divvied up amongst the rest of the solos in the pool.
MOAR solo miners coming to the party ups our hash and increases our chances of hitting a block. The #hashathon is a team sport.
