How well would it integrate in nostr to require payment before someone can reach me? Like: pay x sats to get an answer by y time. For famous people. Or just as spam protection.

If by "nostr" you mean relays. You can filter posts on your end to only show posts from nsecs that have zapped you before, no change to relays required.
I should mention that I haven't used X in like 3 years so I don't know how to integrate it with nostr.

Agreed. I have no idea why random women are trying to chat me up in my DMs. I’m not that handsome, I’m not rich, I’m married with three kids. If they had to pay for DMs hopefully they’d cast a smaller net and only go for the rich handsome single guys.
