2. Require Encryption

a. In "Tools -> Preferences -> Bittorrent" set "Encryption mode:" to "Require encryption"

Keep yourself private. There is no need to let your ISP or anyone else see what files you're downloading. With this setting, only those connected to you will know which files are being shared.
