Your identity is God first and your attributes come second. I have wrestled at my job because I’ve made my abilities and skills my identity and my Christendom my modifier. “I’m a Sr. Applications Engineer who is a Christian” is essentially what I have been portraying. But rather I am a Christian who just so happens to be a Sr. Applications Engineer.

My identity with Christ comes first in all aspects of all things, and any modifiers are secondary. Praying to remember this during my stressful workdays.
