The head radiographs tell a very different story than JFK’s other films. The tiny fragments in his head are notably different than the 6.5 carcano round on the other films and the not-so-magic bullet. Why the difference?
Maybe the shot that hit his head was a fragmenting round like a 556/223 round. There was such a rifle chambered in such a round behind JFK and to his left in a secret service car. The head could recoil in the direction of fire with fragmenting rounds…you can see this “jumping towards the line of fire” behavior everywhere on YouTube gun channels shooting melons with the right bullets.
