So currently I am using Damus on my phone and iris on my computer. Probably my question is rather, if I post on Damus, will it showed as well on Iris?

I noticed that if I post from Iris it showed on Damus but not vice versa

It probably has more to do with the relays you're using on Damus and Iris.

There should be at least a couple of shared relays between the 2 clients.
