If it’s just a short one, say 24–48 hours, that’s usually quite doable with some intention and prep. Longer than that, and it’s worth thinking about electrolyte support, slowing down your activities, and maybe having a fallback plan in case things get rough.

Thats exactly what I did! Felt much needed
