Yes. I heard of them before. Promising. Can you imagine that I suggested something like this (of course not so detailed) to the mayor of my hometown back in Switzerland around 10 years ago. He looked at me like I'm an alien and had no idea what I was talking about.
There is worse than that. Here the IT people that work in the public sector proposed themshelves more than once something similar. Despite the fact that they knew that politicians have been bribed to use such software like microsoft's or cisco's...
We can have a better solution without such costs but due to corruption we spent millions for worst services...
