Very difficult to do that. The vice president and the president are almost never in the same place at the same time. If somehow it happened you get the speaker of the house who is also republican.

I think it was Dave Rubin yesterday saying that strategically speaking the worst mistake by the Democrats was to not allow Trump to be reelected in 2020, when they had the House and his administration was still plagued with infiltrators and traitors working for them. Now he has the House, the Senate, and a list of names ready to be deployed.

I don’t think trump is dumb by any means but Vance is clearly 10-15 points higher than trump is. I’d put trump at 130 and Vance at 140

Trump is unique and has a certain charm about him that can bring different people and even enemies together.
Vance is still green and very scripted. He talks a good game, but can he inspire and bring people together to work for him now? No.

Trump won’t be on the ballot in 2026 to turn out the MAGAs, so 24 months after inauguration, there will be another backlash election in reaction to even worse inflation and Trump chaos.
Will they solve the border? I hope so, but so far Trump has preferred to not solve it in order to keep immigration as a campaign issue for Republicans.
