Yes. Unless I’m mistaken. Heat at 120 degrees F kills vit B and bacteria. So I run my dryer at 115 degrees F

Most food goes straight into the freezer. If kept in a frozen state straight into the freeze dryer. It rehydrates close to as nutritious.

But my curiosity is still very much not satisfied on this topic.

I love what you’re doing.

It dawned on me this morning…

“All a freezer does is freeze the water”. Essentially leaving dry material in cold storage. And I realized I had no idea what nutrients get preserved with different methods.
