Small daily habits don’t look powerful.

That’s why most people ignore them.

A short walk.

A few pages read.

Goals are written clearly.

Less scrolling.

Better sleep.

Basic savings.

Eating right.

Nothing here feels impressive.

Nothing here gets applause.

But done daily, these choices do something dangerous.
