do you feel that way? Most of these tablets are high potency and you basically cap your body's max and then piss out the rest of it, so it becomes a waste.

I take creatine, but usually mixed in with my coffee. I spend like 40 -50 mins on the bag and sip on that till it's done.

The creatine burns well and I feel that extra "power" and caffeine is.. well, caffeine.

I've lost about 10kgs this past two months, but it's a problem because I want to stay ~90kg but be leaner than I am now, so lot's of proteins

I might be biased but it does seem like my muscles are regenerating faster. I do take creatine and I’ve been on that 5 eggs for breakfast and 1.5 lbs of meat a day
