I'm not a chart guy, so don't put any faith in what I'm saying, but bitcoin only barely scraped $20K back in December of 2017 for less than one day. It took exactly three years to get back to that level again, and since then, has only traded lower than that for around two months in the past three years.
Do whatever you want with that with that information.
