Swc site had some good rules for when a player:

♦️times out - gave users an extra time bar before forcing user to “sit out” and 3 hands to reconnect before booting off the table

♦️posting big blinds when joining the table from in front of the button.

♦️check/fold/call actions while waiting to act

♦️auto buy back in after busting out. With a couple hand grace period to buy back in

♦️if using ecash I would recommend that every table has its own mint and is run by the table owner.
