"The daily limit is the total amount of all the orders created during a period of 24 hours, and the weekly limit is the same but for the week (7 x 24h)...If you create an order at 13:27:21 UTC, the daily limit will reset at the same time the next day (24 hours later)."

I think I just jumped the gun and came back within 24 hours
