It actually has historical precedents. It took 24 weeks for the #Bitcoin price to rise above the last peak before the halving in both 2016 and 2020. We are currently in the 24th week after the pre-halving peak so I guess it could be anytime now but I hedged with the first day of September. And 6pm? Well, might as well go all in and get super-specific. Imagine the kudos if I nail it!
